The VirtualPlayground of Pensacola is at the forefront of the gaming and technology industry, in that we provide premium virtual reality experiences to our customers. We are looking for self-starting individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to build a successful career in Sales and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop an intimate understanding of VirtualPlayground's business processes and services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, effectively communicating the value of our services.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Uncover new business opportunities and close deals that drive growth for VirtualPlayground.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the VirtualPlayground team to develop and execute sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Passion for gaming, technology, and sales.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in a commission-based role.
• Retail sales experience is a plus.
• Coachable and eager to learn.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Top performers will have opportunities for merit-based and incentive-based bonuses.
